owns and operates the video-on-demand platform “Rasmalai OTT” .
2. Acceptance of Terms
This User Agreement is a legal agreement between you ("User", "You") and Flims Garden Private Limited. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by this User Agreement and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Service.
Your access and use of the Services constitutes your acceptance of these terms. We may change this User Agreement at any time without prior notice. Your continued use after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 15 years old to use the Services. By using the Services, you agree to our Age Suitability Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you are authorized to do so.

The Services are available on devices and platforms approved by Mango Reel Entertainment ("Compatible Sources"). A device that is a Compatible Source may cease to be so in the future.
The Services may include interest-based advertising.
5. Content on the Services
The Services contain content owned by Mango Reel Entertainment ("Service Content") and content from third parties ("Third-Party Content").
For Third-Party Content, Flims Garden Private Limited acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for it. We may remove any Third-Party Content alleged to be infringing without prior notice.
Content availability may vary based on your geographical location, device, internet speed, and other factors. Not all Content is suitable for all users or for children. Discretion is advised.
6. Subscription Services
Premium Content is available to users who have opted for a subscription plan ("Subscription User"). We offer various subscription plans (e.g., monthly, quarterly, yearly) with different limitations.
We may allow access on multiple devices concurrently at our discretion.

All payments are non-refundable except in cases of unauthorized use, subject to investigation.
C. Payment
You pay through a selected Payment Method. You are bound by third-party payment processor terms. We are not responsible for payment accuracy, fraud, or losses.
We do not store full financial details.
7. Privacy
Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. You consent to the collection and transfer of your information, including to other jurisdictions where required.
8. Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your password and account activity. We are not liable for any loss due to failure to secure your account.
